This is a list of hospitals in Saudi Arabia. There are a total of 504 hospitals as of 2020. 287 of these hospitals are under the direction of the Ministry of Health. Another 50 hospitals are run by other governmental organizations. The remaining 167 hospitals are privately operated. Dhahran ( ar, الظهران, ''Al-Dhahran'') is a city located in the Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. With a total population of 240,742 as of 2021, it is a major administrative center for the Saudi oil industry. The King Fahd Hospital of the University (KFHU) in Khobar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is affiliated to Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University (Formerly called University of Dammam, which was previously a part of King Faisal University). Khobar ( ar, ٱلْخُبَر, translit=al-Khobar) is a city and governorate in the Eastern Province of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, situated on the coast of the Persian Gulf. With a population of 457,748 as of 2017, Khobar is part of the 'Triplet Cities' area, or Dammam metropolitan area along with Dammam and Dhahran, forming the residential core of the region.
