Fotbal Club Voluntari (), commonly known as FC Voluntari or simply Voluntari, is a Romanian professional football club based in Voluntari, Ilfov County, which competes in the Liga I. Founded in 2010, it has been playing since the 2015–16 season in the Liga I, the highest tier of the Romanian league system. Voluntari claimed its first major honour the following campaign, after defeating Astra Giurgiu in the penalty shootout of the Cupa României final, and went on to win the Supercupa României the same year. The team was formed in 2010 as ''ACSMU Politehnica Iași'', and regard themselves as the continuation of the original FC Politehnica Iași (1945), FC Politehnica Iași which was dissolved the same year; however, the club does not currently hold the record of the old entity. Between 2011 and 2016, it was rebranded as ''CSM Studențesc Iași'', but returned to the name of Politehnica afterwards. Fotbal Club Metaloglobus București, commonly known as Metaloglobus București or simply as Metaloglobus, is a Romanian football club based in București, currently playing in the Liga II. History Metaloglobus București was founded in 1923 as the football team of the Metaloglobus factory, a powerful factory that was founded in the same year by the Austrian industrialist Manfréd Weiss. The factory has been developed more in the communist period and produced all kinds of objects made of steel and iron from lanterns, bullets, boilers and from 1965 they started to produce toys. After the 1989 Romanian Revolution, the factory began to have financial problems and in 2000 was bought by Syrian businessman Imad Kassas. The football team experienced success. Founded in 2009, CSC Dumbrăvița played at the amateur level until 2018, when it promoted to Liga III. The geographic positioning of Dumbrăvița, in the neighborhood of Timișoara, grew the population by 168%, between the 2002 and 2011, leading also to a significant increase in the economic strength of the commune in recent years.
