Udappu or Udappuwa ( ta, உடப்பு) is a traditional Tamil fishing and shrimp farming village. situated north of Colombo the capital of Sri Lanka in the North Western Province. Taghazout ( Berber: ⵜⴰⵖⴰⵣⵓⵜ, ''Taɣazut''; Arabic: تاغازوت) is a small fishing village north of the city of Agadir in southwestern Morocco. The inhabitants are mostly of Berber origin. Fishing, tourism, and the production of Argan oil being the main source of income. Taganga
Taganga is a traditional fishing village and corregimiento of Santa Marta, located on the Caribbean coast of Colombia at about 10 minutes or north of Santa Marta. Both Santa Marta and Taganga were founded by Rodrigo de Bastidas on July 29, 1525, making them two of the oldest remaining colonial settlements in present-day Colombia. The touristic town and backpacker hub is famous for its sunsets, diving and access to the Tayrona National Natural Park. Sucuriju
Sucuriju is a fishing village and district in the Brazilian municipality of Amapá, in the state of Amapá. The village is located on the Sucuriju River near the Atlantic Ocean. History Sucuriju is on the South American continent, however it is surrounded by the Lago Piratuba Biological Reserve which gives the village island characteristics. Smygehuk is a harbour and fishing village at Smygehamn in Skåne, Sweden. It is most known for being the southernmost point of Sweden, and the entire Scandinavian Peninsula (55° 20' N). Sayulita is a small town in Mexico along the Pacific Ocean at the south end of the state of Nayarit and north of Banderas Bay. It has a population of approximately 2,300 inhabitants. Salehabad is a fishing village in Manora, in Karachi, Pakistan. Salehabad used to be an island, but is now connected to Manora. It is connected to Karachi via a ferry service to Kiamari. Reposaari
Reposaari ( sv, Räfsö) is an island and village at the Bothnian Sea in Pori, Finland. The island is located near the mouth of river Kokemäenjoki, southwest of the Pori's city center. The population of Reposaari is 1,099 (2009). Since the 1956 the island has been connected with mainland by highway and railroad bridges. The village of Reposaari is one of the most popular tourist attractions in Pori. It uses a grid street plan that was designed in 1874. Myliddy
Myliddy is a small town in Sri Lanka. It is located within Northern Province. It is described as a "typical Jaffna fishing village." It is located at the mid-part of the Jaffna Peninsula's Northern coast. The town has been under the high security zone since 1990 due to its close proximity to the Jaffna Airport and the Palali military Base. The town was released to the original inhabitants on 3 May 2017, after 27 years. Only less than half has been released up to date (end of 2019).
