Stephen or Steven is a common English given name, first name. Neal Ashkanasy
Neal M. Ashkanasy (born 5 June 1945) is an Australian academic best known for his work on emotions in the workplace. He was honored for his "service to tertiary education, to psychology and to the community." He began his career as a civil engineer but is now a Professor of Management at the University of Queensland Business School. Early life and education Ashkanasy was born in Melbourne, Melbourne, Australia to Maurice Ashkanasy, an early leader of the Australian Jews, Australian Jewish community, and Heather Helen Ashkanasy. He attended Mount Scopus Memorial College, Mt. Scopus College and Monash University, where he completed a degree in Civil Engineering in 1966. In 1968, he completed a master's degree in Hydraulic engineering, Water Engineering at the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Sydney, Australia. Chris Argyris
Chris Argyris (July 16, 1923 – November 16, 2013) was an American business theorist and professor emeritus at Harvard Business School. Argyris, like Richard Beckhard, Edgar Schein and Warren Bennis, is known as a co-founder of organization development, and known for seminal work on learning organizations. Biography Argyris was born a twin—along with Thomas S. Argyris (1923–2001)—into a family of Greek immigrants to the United States in Newark, New Jersey. Argyris (pronounced AHR-JUR-ris) grew up in Irvington, New Jersey, and Athens, Greece. In World War II he served in the U.S. Army Signal Corps. After his service he studied psychology at Clark University, where he met Kurt Lewin. He obtained his MA in 1947, and joined the University of Kansas, where he obtained his MSc in Psychology and Economics in 1949. Ingeman Arbnor (born January 25, 1949) is a Swedish economist, Professor at the Lund University, Lund, known for his international bestseller ''Methodology for Creating Business Knowledge'' written with Björn Bjerke. Biography Ingeman Arbnor was born in Sweden in 1949, and studied Economics at the Lund University. A few years, later Arbnor was appointed to his first professorial position at the Lund University. Igor Ansoff
Harry Igor Ansoff (, 12 December 1918– 14 July 2002) was a Russian American applied mathematician and business manager. He is known as one of the fathers of strategic management. Biography Early life Igor Ansoff was born in Vladivostok, Russia, on December 12, 1918. His father was an American-born Russian from Evansville, Indiana and his mother was a Russian from Moscow. At the time of Igor's birth, Ansoff, Sr., was secretary to the American Consul General in Moscow, David R. Francis, and had just completed a cross-Siberian trip on behalf of the American Red Cross, examining living conditions in prisoner of war camps. This concluded with a trip to Japan in 1918, after which the family moved to Vladivostok. Marketing effectiveness is the measure of how effective a given marketer's go to market strategy is toward meeting the goal of maximizing their spending to achieve positive results in both the short- and long-term. It is also related to marketing ROI and return on marketing investment (ROMI). Marketing expert Tony Lennon believes marketing effectiveness is quintessential to marketing, going so far as to say ''It's not marketing if it's not measured.'' Tim Ambler (born 1937) is a British organizational theorist, author and academic on the field of Marketing effectiveness. Ambler featured on Marketing's list of the 100 most powerful figures in the industry.
