The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Belarus is the official representative of the President and the Government of the Russian Federation to the President and the Government of Belarus. Dmitry Fyodorovich Mezentsev (russian: Дми́трий Фёдорович Ме́зенцев; born 18 August 1959, Leningrad) is a Russian politician and diplomat serving since 2021 as the State Secretary of the Union State of Russia and Belarus. Dmitry Fyodorovich Ayatskov (russian: Дми́трий Фёдорович Ая́цков; born November 9, 1950,) is a Russian politician, the head of administration (1996) and the Governor of the Saratov region (1996-2005). Alexander Viktorovich Blokhin (russian: Александр Викторович Блохин) (born 12 January 1951 in Ivanovo, RSFSR, Soviet Union) is a Russian diplomat. He served as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to Australia between 2005 and 2010. On 5 May 2011 he was appointed Ambassador of Russia to Turkmenistan.
