Blue Sky (artist)
Blue Sky is the legal name (formerly Warren Edward Johnson) of an American painter and sculptor best known for his mural, ''Tunnelvision''. Biography Blue Sky was born on September 18, 1938, in Columbia, South Carolina, as Warren Edward Johnson. In 1954, his first foray into art won him a national poster competition, two years before he graduated from Dreher High School. He designed and drew the Dreher Blue Devil used by the school while at Dreher. For the next six years, he served as a jet aircraft technician in the Air National Guard, 169th Cameron Squad, while working several different jobs to pay for college – as a parade float builder, a layout artist, and a dance instructor, among others. Jackie Bradley Jr
Jackie Bradley Jr. (born April 19, 1990), nicknamed "JBJ", is an American professional baseball right fielder who is a free agent. He has played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Boston Red Sox, Milwaukee Brewers and Toronto Blue Jays. Listed at and , he bats left and throws right-handed. Bradley played college baseball for the University of South Carolina, and was named the 2010 College World Series Most Outstanding Player. Jonathan Thomas Coutlangus (born October 21, 1980) is an American baseball assistant coach at North Greenville University. Previously, he was an outfielder and pitcher for Major League Baseball. He played college baseball at the University of South Carolina with his current head coach Landon Powell. Both were part of the Gamecocks' 56-10 season in 2000 and played in Major League Baseball before coaching. Charlie Weis
Charles Joseph Weis Sr. (born March 30, 1956) is a former American football coach. He was the head coach for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish from 2005 to 2009 and the Kansas Jayhawks from 2012 to 2014. He also served as an offensive coordinator in the National Football League for the New York Jets, New England Patriots, and Kansas City Chiefs. Dale Steele
Philip Dale Steele (born August 17, 1955) is an American football coach and former player. He was formerly the head coach at Campbell University in Buies Creek, North Carolina, a position he had held since restarting school's football program in 2006. Campbell resumed play in the 2008 season. Steele is the brother of Kevin Steele, the current defensive coordinator at Auburn University and former head football coach at Baylor University. Dick Sheridan
Dick Sheridan (born August 9, 1941) is a former American football coach and college athletics administrator. He served as the head football coach at Furman University from 1978 to 1985 and North Carolina State University from 1986 to 1992, compiling a career college football record of 121–52–5. A 1964 graduate of the University of South Carolina, Sheridan coached the Furman Paladins to a 69–23–2 record over eight seasons. His Furman teams won six Southern Conference championships and scored two wins over NC State. In 1985, he was named the AFCA Division I-AA Coach of the Year. His record at NC State was 52–29–3 over seven seasons. He led the Wolfpack to six bowl games. Sheridan was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame as a coach in 2020.
