ManageFlitter was a web-based application that assists Twitter users gain insight into their Twitter account. ManageFlitter provides a set of tools that allows Twitter users to effectively curate, prune and grow their Twitter account. In addition, ManageFlitter provides an easy way for users to integrate their Google+ account with their Twitter account. Tweetbot was a third-party Twitter client developed for iOS, iPadOS, and macOS created by Tapbots LLC. It was discontinued and removed from the App Store on January 19, 2023, following a decision made by Twitter to prohibit third-party apps from its API. History Tweetbot was initially released on April 14, 2011, by Tapbots on the App Store. It was only available for the iPhone at that time. Features have been added to the program over time, including multiple account switching, in-timeline viewing of images and YouTube video thumbnails, push notifications, and the ability to mute certain users and topics in the timeline view temporarily. TweetDeck is a social media dashboard application for management of Twitter accounts. Originally an independent app, TweetDeck was subsequently acquired by Twitter Inc. and integrated into Twitter's interface. It has long ranked as one of the most popular Twitter clients by percentage of tweets posted, alongside the official Twitter web client and the official apps for iPhone and Android. Like other Twitter applications, it interfaces with the Twitter API to allow users to send and receive tweets and view profiles. Twitterfall
Twitterfall was a UK-based website designed to allow users of the social networking site Twitter to view upcoming trends and patterns posted by users in the form of tweets. The project was founded by David Somers and Tom Brearley, computer science students at the University of York. In February 2009, it was revealed that the site was projected onto a wall at ''The Daily Telegraph'' to allow journalists there to view breaking news posted by users to Twitter.
