List Of Spanish Football Transfers Winter 2008–09
This is a list of Spanish football transfers for the January sale in the 2008–09 season of 2008–09 La Liga, La Liga and 2008–09 Segunda División, Segunda División. Only moves from La Liga and Segunda División are listed. The winter transfer window opened on 1 January 2009, although a few transfers took place prior to that date. The window closed at midnight on 31 January 2009. Players without a club could have joined one at any time, either during or in between transfer windows. Clubs below La Liga level could also have signed players on loan at any time. If need be, clubs could have signed a goalkeeper on an emergency loan, if all others were unavailable. 2008–09 La Liga
The 2008–09 La Liga season (known as the ''Liga BBVA'' for sponsorship reasons) was the 78th since its establishment. Real Madrid were the defending champions, having won their 31st La Liga title in the previous season. The campaign began on 30 August 2008 and ended on 31 May 2009. A total of 20 teams contested the league, 17 of which already contested in the 2007–08 season, and three of which were promoted from the Segunda División. A new match ball – the Nike T90 Omni – served as the official ball for all matches. On 16 May 2009, after Villarreal's 3–2 victory over Real Madrid, Barcelona were declared champions, their 19th La Liga title, with three matches to play. Dani Parejo
Daniel Parejo Muñoz (; born 16 April 1989) is a Spanish professional footballer who plays as a central midfielder for Villarreal. After starting out at Real Madrid, he first made a name in La Liga with Getafe. Transferring to Valencia in 2011, he went on to appear in 383 official matches for the latter club and win the 2019 Copa del Rey. He also spent four months in England, with Queens Park Rangers. Sociedad Deportiva Huesca, S.A.D., is a Spanish football club in Huesca, in the autonomous community of Aragon. Felipe Manoel Gonçalves (born 4 November 1989), known as Felipe Manoel or simply Felipe, is a Brazilian professional footballer who plays for Brusque as a central midfielder. Football career Born in São Paulo, Felipe Manoel was signed by Villarreal CF on 30 January 2008, still a youngster, from São Bernardo Futebol Clube. In professional sports, a free agent is a player who is eligible to sign with other clubs or franchises; i.e., not under contract to any specific team. Carlos Aranda
Carlos Reina Aranda (born 27 July 1980) is a Spanish former professional footballer who played mainly as a forward. He amassed La Liga totals of 169 games and 28 goals over 11 seasons after emerging from Real Madrid's youth academy, representing in the competition Villarreal, Albacete, Sevilla, Numancia, Osasuna, Levante, Zaragoza and Granada.
