Dagmar Rivera (born March 24, 1955), better known as Dagmar, is a Puerto Rican television host, actress and singer. Early years Dagmar Rivera was born in Brooklyn, New York, and raised in Dorado, Puerto Rico. She started her career as a young singer in 1976. The only hit single of her first album was ''Soy la Mañana'' (''I'm the Morning''), by Puerto Rican composer Rafi Monclova. Juan Manuel Lebrón Román (born April 22, 1947) is a Puerto Rico, Puerto Rican actor, model, screenwriter, television producer and Salsa music, salsa singer. Career Juan Manuel Lebrón Román began his show business career as a youngster, then when he became a singer at the Sexteto Ritmico group. Not long after, Lebrón became the lead singer of Orquesta Sensacional, a popular salsa orchestra of the era. In 1976, Lebrón made his debut as an actor, when he was hired to play "JuanMa" in WKAQ-TV, channel 2's comedy show, "En Casa de JuanMa y Wiwi" ("At JuanMa and Wiwi's Home"). Lebron acted alongside Awilda Carbia, who played "JuanMa"'s wife "Wiwi". The pair became one of Puerto Rico's most popular television couples in history, and their show lasted fourteen years on Puerto Rican television. Otilio Warrington, known popularly as Bizcocho (born February 26, 1944) is a comedian, best known for his roles of "Bizcocho" and "Cuca Gómez". Early years Warrington was born in the Barrio Obrero area of Santurce, Puerto Rico. When he was nine years old, his family moved to the Lloréns Torres public housing project. There he lived for the next 25 years. Warrington left school when he was a teenager and made a living by polishing shoes at a local barbershop. One of the barbershop's regular customers was Tommy Muñiz, a television show producer. One day Warrington asked Muñiz for a job in television but was told to get some more education and come back to him after he graduated. Bizcocho Encouraged by Mr. Muñiz's challenge, Warrington returned to school and graduated from San Juan's Central High School in 1960; he then went back to Mr. Muñiz to take him up on his earlier offer. Luis Vigoreaux Lorenzana (born July 1, 1951) is a Puerto Rican actor and producer. He is the son of Luis Vigoreaux, a Puerto Rican media personality and Rosaura Lorenzana Vilches. He is the brother of Roberto Vigoreaux, local senator, television producer, actor, singer, marketing executive, telecommunications technician and entrepreneur. Personal life Vigoreaux enjoys a close friendship with José Carlos Agrelot, the elder son of Puerto Rican comedian José Miguel Agrelot. Ramón Rivero (May 29, 1909 – August 24, 1956) — known as Diplo — was a Puerto Rican comedian, actor, and composer. Rivero made his television debut in Puerto Rico in "La Taberna India" (The India Tavern), the first comedy/variety show on Puerto Rican TV. He starred in the movies, Los Peloteros ("The Baseball Players"), and Una Gallega en La Habana ("A Gallega in Havana"). Rivero also organized the world's first known Walk-A-Thon, to raise money for the Liga Puertorriqueña Contra el Cáncer (the Puerto Rican League Against Cancer). He was known for his stand-up comedy and his various characters. René Monclova (born c. 1959) is a Puerto Rican actor. Monclova has been popular both with theater and television audiences. Mainly a comedian, Monclova has also played serious characters, a fact that might escape the minds of many Puerto Ricans, since he has become better known for his role as "Lolo Bond", a womanizing handyman, in '' El Condominio'', a television show produced by Sunshine Logroño.
