Mighty Morphin Power Rangers
''Mighty Power Rangers'' (''MMPR'') is a superhero television series that premiered on August 28, 1993, on the Fox Kids programming block. It is the first entry of the ''Power Rangers'' franchise, and became a 1990s pop culture phenomenon along with a large line of toys, action figures, and other merchandise. The show adapted stock footage from the Japanese TV series ''Kyōryū Sentai Zyuranger'' (1992–1993), which was the 16th installment of Toei's ''Super Sentai'' franchise. The second and third seasons of the show drew elements and stock footage from ''Gosei Sentai Dairanger'' and ''Ninja Sentai Kakuranger'', respectively, though the ''Zyuranger'' costumes were still used for the lead cast in these two seasons. was a Japanese actress and voice actress. She also performed by the stage name Stella Soga. Life and career Early life and family Machiko was born on March 18, 1938, in Hachioji, Tokyo, Japan. She had a humble upbringing and was raised to be a singer, though her talents were with acting. Her mother died when she was a child; she was raised by her father. She had two brothers and a sister. One of her brothers died during the Second World War; the other is still alive. Her father died of cancer in 1991. She studied at Tokyo Metropolitan Minamitama High School. Royce Herron
Royce Pauline Herron (born July 16, 1948) is an American actress and educator. She is best known for her appearances on TV, for example in ''Mighty Morphin Power Rangers'' as Ms. Appleby, the Rangers' school teacher, but also acts in theater and film. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in oral communication from the University of Central Oklahoma and a master's degree in theatre from California State University, Los Angeles. Paul Schrier II (born June 1, 1970) is an American actor, director, and artist. He is known for his role of Farkas "Bulk" Bulkmeier in the ''Power Rangers'' series. He portrayed the character for seven seasons from 1993–1999, returning in 2011 for the eighteenth season of ''Power Rangers Samurai'', and was the last original cast member to leave the show. Schrier has also done some directing work, directing a few ''Power Rangers'' episodes, 16 episodes of the ''Hello Kitty'' animated series, and a short film, "An Easy Thing".
