List Of Impact Knockouts World Tag Team Champions
The Impact Knockouts World Tag Team Championship is a professional wrestling world tag team championship contested in Impact Wrestling. The championship is generally contested in professional wrestling matches, in which participants execute scripted finishes rather than contend in direct competition. The inaugural championship team was Sarita and Taylor Wilde. The Death Dollz (Jessicka, Rosemary, and Taya Valkyrie) are the current champions in their first reign as a team. Individually, Rosemary is in her record tying third reign, while Jessicka and Valkyrie are each in their second. Jessicka and Valkyrie defeated VXT (Chelsea Green and Deonna Purrazzo) on October 7, 2022 in Albany, New York at Bound for Glory to win the titles, with Rosemary also recognized as champion under the Freebird Rule. The Death Dollz
Decay is a professional wrestling stable in Impact Wrestling, consisting of Black Taurus, Crazzy Steve, Rosemary, Havok (who also appears as her split personality, Jessicka) and Taya Valkyrie, who is an associate of the group. Rosemary, Valkyrie and Jessicka are the current Impact Knockouts World Tag Team Champions. They made their debut on January 26, 2016 as a trio also involving Abyss. Freebird Rule
The Fabulous Freebirds were a professional wrestling tag team who attained fame in the 1980s, performing into the 1990s. The team usually consisted of three wrestlers, although in different situations and points in its history, just two performed under the Freebirds name. The Freebird lineup of Hayes, Roberts, and Gordy was inducted into the Professional Wrestling Hall of Fame in 2015, and members Hayes, Roberts, Gordy, and Garvin were inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2016. Knockout is a term used by Impact Wrestling to refer to its female talent. The term is applied universally to wrestlers, backstage interviewers, and managers/valets. History The term Knockouts is relatively new and was not used when Impact Wrestling (then known as NWA: Total Nonstop Action) debuted in 2002. The name originated from a DVD release in 2006 by the company, ''Knockouts: The Ladies of TNA Wrestling, Vol.1'', which focused on its then-current female stars. The Beautiful People was a stable known for its time with Total Nonstop Action (TNA) where Angelina Love, Velvet Sky, Madison Rayne, Lacey Von Erich and Cute Kip were all members throughout its several incarnations. The team are known for their narcissistic gimmick, and holding the TNA Knockouts Championship and the TNA Knockouts Tag Team Championship simultaneously. No Surrender (2009) was a professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event produced by the Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA) promotion, which took place on September 20, 2009 at the TNA Impact!
