Prasar Bharati (abbreviated as PB; Hindi: ''Praśar Bharati'', lit. Indian Broadcaster) is India's State media, state-owned public broadcaster, headquartered in New Delhi. It is a Statutory corporation, statutory autonomous body set up by an Act of Parliament and comprises the Doordarshan Television Network and All India Radio, Akashvani All India Radio, which were earlier media units of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting (India), Ministry of Information and Broadcasting. Colors Infinity is an Indian pay television channel owned by Viacom18. UTV (formerly Ulster Television, branded on air as ITV1) is the ITV region covering Northern Ireland, ITV subsidiary and the former on-air name of the free-to-air public broadcast television channel serving the area.
