The anime ''Guilty Crown'' revolves around Shu Ouma, a high school boy who inadvertently obtains an ability called "Power of the King" that enables him to draw out items called "Voids" from other people. He is then thrown into the conflict between a quasi-governmental organization known as the GHQ and a resistance group called ''Funeral Parlor'' which aims to restore Japan's independence from the GHQ. In the process, Shu has to deal with the burden his ability puts on his shoulders and the horrific mystery of his past. Main Shu Ouma : is the 17-year-old protagonist of ''Guilty Crown''. A socially inept person, Shu is a second year high school student and a member of the school's modern image and video research club. His stepmother, Haruka, works for Sephirah Genomics, while his father, Kurosu, an expert on the Apocalypse Virus, is killed during the "Lost Christmas" incident. Monica Rial
Monica Jean Rial (born October 5, 1975) is an American voice actress and ADR script writer affiliated with Funimation and Seraphim Digital/Sentai Filmworks. She provides voices for English language versions of Japanese anime films and television series. Career Rial's first voice-over role was some walla in the 1999 dub of ''Martian Successor Nadesico''. In an interview with Otaku News, Rial said she had to talk for two minutes straight as folks in a crowd telling the Jovians to go home. Minako Kotobuki
is a Japanese actress and singer. She played Tsumugi Kotobuki in the anime series ''K-On!'' about a high school girl band. The show launched her music career as she performed the opening and ending themes, and joined three other voice actresses as the music group Sphere. He entered the JGSDF Youth Technical School, a boarding school for boys, as a member of the 38th class of JGSDF students, and graduated in 1994. Tachikoma
are fictional walker robots endowed with artificial intelligence ( AI) that are featured in the ''Ghost in the Shell'' universe. They appear in the manga created by Masamune Shirow (as Fuchikoma) and in the '' Stand Alone Complex'' sub-universe. Nine of them are initially deployed to Section 9. They are spider-like, multi-legged combat vehicles, and are equipped with adaptive artificial intelligence. The spider design appears in other places in Shirow's work such as the ''Appleseed'' manga. Shirow is noted to keep numerous spiders as pets. Production I.G was unable to use the Fuchikoma design in the 2002 ''Stand Alone Complex'' anime television series due to copyright conflicts. However, Masamune Shirow was able to design a legally safe equivalent to the spider-tanks for the new show, which he named the "Tachikoma".
