List Of Garo Characters
This is a list of the various characters throughout the Japanese tokusatsu series ''Garo'', not including the Horrors, a breed of demonic beings that make for most of the series antagonists. Garo the Golden Knight The various holders of the title are the main characters of the franchise, armed with the blade. The Garo title, based on the word for "hope" in the old Makai language, is traditionally associated with the Saezima family. The one who takes the title of Garo is regarded to be the strongest knight, arguably since the said knight is intended to be the role model for his fellow knights. This is however, not a formal ranking in itself and no preferential treatment is given to the Knight, as evident with Kouga in '' Garo: Makai Senki'' who was in service for years before being promoted to be a Knight serving under the Senate. William Albert Haynes III (born July 10, 1953) is an American retired professional wrestler, better known by the ring name Billy Jack Haynes. Professional wrestling career Early career (1982–1984) Haynes started wrestling in 1982 at the age of 28. He trained in Stu Hart's Dungeon pro wrestling school and briefly wrestled in Hart's Stampede Wrestling under his given name, forming a tag team with Bruce Hart. is a Japanese professional wrestler. He works primarily for New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW). Widely regarded as one of the greatest professional wrestlers of all time, his accolades in NJPW include a record setting eight reigns as IWGP Heavyweight Champion, a record three reigns as IWGP United States Heavyweight Champion, two reigns as IWGP Intercontinental Champion, three reigns as IWGP Tag Team Champion, one reign as NEVER Openweight Champion and three reigns as NEVER Openweight 6-Man Tag Team Champion. The ''jian'' (pronunciation （劍）, English approximation: ) is a double-edged straight sword used during the last 2,500 years in China.
