This is a list of episodes for the program ''Being Erica''. The series debuted on CBC Television on January 5, 2009, and on SOAPnet on February 19, 2009. With the exception of the second season, the series has an ISAN root ID of 125801 (0001-EB69). Overview Season 1 The show moved from Mondays at 9 p.m. to Wednesdays at 9 p.m. effective February 11, 2009. In the United States, SOAPnet aired on Thursdays at 10 p.m., on February 19, 2009. Season 2 Starting on June 23, the first season was completely rerun on Tuesdays at 9pm. Upon the second season's premiere, this timeslot was kept. Being Erica
''Being Erica'' is a Canadian comedy-drama television series that aired on CBC from January 5, 2009, to December 12, 2011. Created by Jana Sinyor, the series was originally announced by the CBC as ''The Session'', but was later retitled ''Being Erica'' before debuting in 2009. It is produced by Temple Street Productions and distributed internationally by BBC Worldwide. The show stars Erin Karpluk as Erica Strange, a woman who begins seeing a therapist to deal with regrets in her life, only to discover a therapist (Michael Riley) who has the ability to send her back in time to actually relive these events and even change them. In Canada, the second season premiered on September 22, 2009. Only 12 episodes were produced for the second season due to budget cuts at the CBC. Érik Canuel (born 1961) is a film director and actor from Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Canuel, the son of actor Yvan Canuel, began his career in the mid-1980s making music videos for such artists as Paul Piché, Sass Jordan, Norman Iceberg, Vilain Pingouin and Sylvain Cossette. After shooting a number of TV commercials, several of them award-winners, he worked as a director on the television series ''Big Wolf on Campus'', for the Fox network, and ''The Hunger'', broadcast on Showtime and The Movie Network. John Fawcett (born March 5, 1968) is a Canadian director, writer, and producer of film and television. Alongside Graeme Manson, he co-created and is a director for the award-winning BBC America television series ''Orphan Black''.
