Lions At The Gate
Lions at the Gate is an American heavy metal band consisting of former Ill Niño members Diego Verduzco (guitar), Cristian Machado (vocals), and Ahrue Luster (guitar), together with Stephen Brewer (bass), and Fern Lemus (drums). Since their formation, the band released 5 singles. The most recent, ''Find My Way'', featuring guest vocals by Tatiana Shmailyuk of Jinjer, was released in April 2022. History Lions at the Gate was formed in 2021 by vocalist Cristian Machado, guitarists Ahrue Luster and Diego Verduzco. All three members left Ill Niño in 2019. They later recruited Westfield Massacre bassist Stephen Brewer and drummer Fern Lemus. Their first single, ''Not Even Human'' was released on June 4, 2021. Cristian Machado (born July 23, 1974) is a Brazilian-American musician, who is the current vocalist of the American heavy metal musical ensemble Lions at the Gate, is the former vocalist for the nu metal band Ill Niño as well as a featured vocalist in the Roadrunner United project. He has also played in Headclamp and La Familia, in addition to making numerous guest appearances on albums such as Sepultura's ''Nation'', Soulfly's '' 3'' and 40 Below Summer's ''The Mourning After''. Ahrue Ilustre (born \September 17, 1978), commonly known as Ahrue Luster, is an American heavy metal guitarist. Ill Niño
Ill Niño (stylized as ill niño) is an American metal band formed in Union City, New Jersey, in 1998 by drummer and percussionist Dave Chavarri. They have released seven studio albums, two EPs and one compilation album, totaling in over 1.3 million worldwide album sales. History Ill Niño was formed as El Niño by former Pro-Pain drummer David "Dave" Chavarri in May 1998. He enlisted Merauder vocalist Jorge Rosado, guitarist Daniel Gomez and bassist Christian Machado and took on the position of drummer and percussionist himself. With this line-up, the band released a self-titled EP. Gomez left the band soon after the EP's release, with a variety of guitarists filling in his spot. Jinjer
Jinjer ( "ginger") is a Ukrainian metalcore band from Donetsk, formed in 2008. None of the founding members remain with the band. The current lineup considers 2009 as its official year of formation, with the arrival of singer Tatiana Shmailyuk and guitarist Roman Ibramkhalilov. The band has since added bassist Eugene Abdukhanov and drummer Vladislav Ulasevich. Their most recent album, ''Wallflowers'', was released in August 2021.
