Linoleum
Linoleum, sometimes shortened to lino, is a floor covering made from materials such as solidified linseed oil (linoxyn), Pine Resin, pine resin, ground Cork (material), cork dust, sawdust, and mineral fillers such as calcium carbonate, most commonly on a burlap or canvas backing. Pigments are often added to the materials to create the desired colour finish. Commercially, the material has been largely replaced by sheet vinyl flooring, although in the UK this is often still referred to as lino. The finest linoleum floors, known as "inlaid", are extremely durable, and are made by joining and inlaying solid pieces of linoleum. Cheaper patterned linoleum comes in different grades or gauges, and is printed with thinner layers which are more prone to wear and tear. High-quality linoleum is flexible and thus can be used in buildings where a more rigid material (such as Tile#Floor tiles, ceramic tile) would crack. Angelo Gino Armando "Lino" Rulli (born October 26, 1971) is an American radio host, author, producer, and former television host. He is currently the host of ''The Catholic Guy Show'', which is aired on The Catholic Channel on Sirius XM Radio. He was also the executive producer and host of the Emmy Award-winning television series, ''Generation Cross''. In addition to his radio and television work, Rulli has released two books, both of which discuss Catholicism in a comedic tone through personal anecdotes. Dorvalino Alves Maciel (born 1 June 1977), known as Lino, is a Brazilian former footballer who played as a left back. Club career Early years / Portugal Born in São Paulo, Lino represented several clubs in his country's Série A. In 2003 he scored five goals for Esporte Clube Bahia, but his team ranked dead last. In 2006, Lino moved to Portugal, signing for Académica de Coimbra. He only missed one game in his first and only season, but the side only narrowly avoided relegation.
