''Lindeville'', also referred to as ''Ashley McBryde Presents: Lindeville'', is the third major label release by American country music singer-songwriter Ashley McBryde, released on September 30, 2022, by Warner Music Nashville. Recorded concurrently with her fourth major label record, ''Lindeville'' is a concept album centering on a fictional town that is home to the various characters that appear in McBryde's songs and is named in tribute to famous songwriter Dennis Linde. The album was produced by John Osborne, McBryde's close personal friend and member of the duo Brothers Osborne and features a close circle of McBryde and Osborne's collaborators. ''The Devil I Know'' is the fourth studio album by American country music singer-songwriter Ashley McBryde, and released on September 8, 2023, by Warner Music Nashville. It was preceded by the lead single " Light On in the Kitchen". It follows her 2022 concept album ''Lindeville'' and re-teams her with producer Jay Joyce, whom she worked with on her first two albums '' Girl Going Nowhere'' and ''Never Will'', and features eleven tracks, all of which were co-written by McBryde. Ashley McBryde (born July 29, 1983) is an American country music singer–songwriter. Raised in Arkansas, she was drawn to various types of music from a young age. She also developed a passion for writing songs and later moved to Nashville, Tennessee to pursue a music career. Between 2006 and 2011, McBryde released a pair of self-released albums. Her 2016 extended play (EP) titled '' Jalopies & Expensive Guitars'' drew attention from country artist Eric Church. Dennis Linde
Dennis Linde (pronounced LIN-dy, March 18, 1943December 22, 2006) was an American music songwriter based in Nashville who has had over 250 of his songs recorded. He is best known for writing the 1972 Elvis Presley hit, "Burning Love". Rarely working with co-writers, he wrote both words and music for most of his songs. In 1994, Linde won BMI's "Top Writer Award" and received four awards as BMI's most-performed titles for that year. His wife and daughter collected the awards because Linde shunned awards shows and avoided publicity. He earned 14 BMI "Million-Air" songs (a song played on the air one million times). In 2001, he was inducted into the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame. Linde died of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in 2006 at the age of 63. Storme Warren is an American television and radio broadcaster, best known as the former host of ''The Storme Warren Show'' weekday mornings on SiriusXM's channel The Highway.
