Li Kunwu (born 1955,Smart, James.A Chinese Life by Li Kunwu and P Ôtié – review " ''The Guardian''. October 12, 2012. Retrieved on November 29, 2018. ) is a Chinese cartoonist who created graphic novels published in France. Life He originated from Kunming, Yunnan, born to a man who fought against the Japanese in the Second Sino-Japanese War and against the Kuomintang in the Chinese Civil War. By the time of Li's birth, he was a secretary in the Chinese Communist Party (CPC). Li's father remained loyal to the CPC even after he was sent away for re-education.Holmberg, p. 97. The Musée Cernuschi (; 'Cernuschi Museum'), officially also the ('Asian Arts Museum of the City of Paris'), is an Asian art museum located at 7 avenue Vélasquez, near Parc Monceau, in Paris, France. Arte (; (), sometimes stylized in lowercase or uppercase in its logo) is a European public service channel dedicated to culture. It is made up of three separate companies: the Strasbourg-based European Economic Interest Grouping ARTE, plus two member companies acting as editorial and programme production centres, ARTE France in Paris (formerly known as La Sept) and ARTE Deutschland in Baden-Baden (a subsidiary of the two main public German TV networks ARD and ZDF). is a Japanese manga artist from Tokyo. He has won several awards, including the Shogakukan Manga Award, the Tezuka Osamu Cultural Prize and Eisner Award.
