Lennart Swahn
Olof Algot Lennart Svahn, later Olof Lennart Swahn (8 April 1927 – 27 August 2008) was a Swedish journalist and radio and television personality. Early life Swahn was born on 8 April 1927 in Stockholm, Sweden, the son of Karl Algot Swahn (1900–1976), a salesman, and his wife Ellen Fryklund (1904–1999). He had a 15-year younger brother, Eigil Svahn. He graduated from ''Stockholms stads handelsgymnasium'' in 1947 Career Swahn was a reporter for the Associated Press from 1948 to 1950 as well as for the newspaper ''Arbetaren'' and Sveriges Radio from 1950 to 1953. Swahn worked as a music critic for the newspaper '' Stockholms-Tidningen'' from 1953 to 1957 and studied at the University of Minnesota in the United States in 1955. Melodifestivalen 1986
Sweden was present at the Eurovision Song Contest 1986, held in Bergen, Norway. The Swedish national final, Melodifestivalen 1986, was held on 22 March at the Cirkus in Stockholm, and was broadcast across Sweden on SVT1. The winners were Lasse Holm and Monica Törnell with their song "E' de' det här du kallar kärlek?". Before Eurovision Qualifying competition Melodifestivalen 1986 was the contest for the 26th song to represent Sweden at the Eurovision Song Contest. 90 songs had been submitted to SVT for the competition; 10 of these were performed at the contest, which was held at Cirkus in Stockholm on 22 March 1986. It was presented by Lennart Swahn and Tommy Engstrand and was broadcast on TV1. No orchestra was used, and instead the ten songs were broadcast as music videos. Tyresö Church
Tyresö Church ( sv, Tyresö kyrka) is a 17th-century church (building), church in Tyresö Municipality, Tyresö, Sweden, belonging to the Tyresö parish. The church is located near Tyresö Palace, which was built during the same era. The church has a brick exterior and built in a style of a mixture of Gothic architecture, gothic and Renaissance architecture, renaissance with the tower facing west. It was built during 1638–1640 by riksdrots Gabriel Oxenstierna, who also built Tyresö castle. The church was inaugurated March 9, 1641 with Gabriel Oxenstierna's own burial. In 1790 the tower and roof were destroyed by a fire, and due to financial difficulties the spire on the tower was not rebuilt, and a low pyramid formed roof was built there instead, which is there still today. Handen
Handen (also known as Haninge Centrum) is a part of Metropolitan Stockholm and the seat of Haninge Municipality (Haninge Kommun) in Stockholm County in eastern Sweden. Nacka
Nacka () is the municipal seat of Nacka Municipality and part of Stockholm urban area in Sweden. The municipality's name harks back to a 16th-century industrial operation established by the Crown at Nacka farmstead where conditions for water mills are good.
