Lemonade (Beyoncé Album)
''Lemonade'' is the sixth studio album by American singer Beyoncé. It was released on April 23, 2016, by Parkwood Entertainment and Columbia Records, accompanied by a 65-minute film of the same title. It is Beyoncé's second "visual album", following her self-titled fifth studio album (2013), and a concept album with a song cycle that relates Beyoncé's emotional journey after her husband's infidelity in a generational and racial context. Primarily an R&B and art pop album, ''Lemonade'' encompasses a variety of genres, including reggae, blues, rock, hip hop, soul, funk, Americana, country, gospel, electronic, and trap. It features guest vocals from James Blake, Kendrick Lamar, the Weeknd, and Jack White, and contains samples and interpolations of a number of hip hop and rock songs. Kevin Garrett (born March 25, 1991) is an American musician from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania based out of Brooklyn, New York. He has released two EPs, as well as a full-length album, and was nominated for a Grammy Award for his work on Beyoncé's album ''Lemonade''. Early life Garrett was born on March 25, 1991, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He was raised in Point Breeze. ''More Only'' is the fourth extended play (EP) by American singer Beyoncé, released on November 24, 2014, by Parkwood Entertainment and Columbia Records. The EP is included on the reissue of her fifth studio album ''Beyoncé'' (2013), titled '' Beyoncé: Platinum Edition'', with two newly recorded songs and four previously-released remixes, and a second DVD with ten live performances filmed during The Mrs. Carter Show World Tour (2013–14).
