Lemon Tree Passage (film)
''Lemon Tree Passage'' is a 2014 Australian horror/thriller film that was directed by David James Campbell and is his feature film directorial debut. The film received an Australian release and stars Andrew Ryan, Tim Phillipps, Pippa Black, Jessica Tovey, and Tim Pocock as a group of backpackers that find themselves in the midst of strange occurrences. The movie's premise is based upon an urban legend that claims that if a motorist speeds along Lemon Tree Passage Road in Lemon Tree Passage, New South Wales, they will see a ghost. Plot Oscar (Andrew Ryan) and Geordie (Tim Phillipps) are two Australian friends who decide to take a group of American backpackers, Amelia (Pippa Black), Maya (Jessica Tovey), and her brother Toby (Tim Pocock), home with them. David James Campbell
David James Campbell (born 6 June 1983) is an advertising executive, writer and film director from Adelaide, South Australia, known for his 2013 film '' Lemon Tree Passage''. Career After dropping out from Blackwood High School in 2000, he became a freelance graphic designer before being employed by design firm, Egplant. In 2004 along with, Jeremy Ervine, he launched Fnuky, an advertising agency which promised "big ideas, not just ads". He served as the agency's creative director, leading it to become South Australia's most internationally awarded creative agency with its work being recognised in major advertising award shows in London, Berlin, Los Angeles, Sydney and Cannes. In May 2012 he was awarded a Gold Clio, one of the advertising industries highest honors. David has also shown an interest in filmmaking, personally directing many of the agency's ads. Jessica Tovey (born 10 November 1987) is an Australian actress. Tovey graduated from the Newtown High School of the Performing Arts and has made appearances for various drama companies.
