Leicester Fainga'anuku
Leicester Ofa Ki Wales Twickenham Fainga'anuku (born 11 October 1999) is a Tongan born New Zealanders, New Zealand rugby union player. His position of choice is Winger (rugby union), wing. Early career Fainga'anuku was educated at Nelson College, where he was captain of the school's top side. His father Ta'u Fainga'anuku played prop for Tonga in the 1999 Rugby World Cup. During one of the games during the World Cup, in which Tonga beat Italy, at Welford Road Stadium, Leicester, England. Malakai named his son after the city in honour of the game. Wales was used as one of his middle names as the hosts and Twickenham was named after Twickenham Stadium where Tonga were due to play their next match. Tasman Fainga'anuku was named in the Tasman (Mitre 10 Cup), Tasman Mako squad for the 2018 Mitre 10 Cup and made his debut in Round 8 when played at Forsyth Barr Stadium in Dunedin coming off the bench in a 21–47 win for the Mako. Nukuʻalofa
Nukualofa (; ) is the capital and largest city of Tonga. It is located on the north coast of the island of Tongatapu, in the country's southernmost island group. History First western records of Nukualofa On 10 June 1777, British captain James Cook wrote of his arrival at their anchorage place. His description of the place confirmed, with his map, that this was the bay of Nukualofa. Cook never used the name Nukualofa or any other spelling for the reports of this voyage, but he mentioned the island of Pangaimodoo ( Pangaimotu) which was to the east of his anchorage position. Ta'u Fainga'anuku
Malakai Ta'ufo'ou Fainga'anuku (born 14 July 1972) is a Tongan former rugby union international. Fainga'anuku, a prop, featured in 12 Test matches for Tonga from 1999 to 2001. He played in all of Tonga's matches at the 1999 Rugby World Cup, including a famous win over Italy. 2019 Super Rugby Season
The 2019 Super Rugby season was the 24th season of Super Rugby, an annual rugby union competition organised by SANZAAR between teams from Argentina, Australia, Japan, New Zealand and South Africa. The 2019 season was the second season using the reduced 15-team format consisting of three geographical conferences since being reduced from an 18-team competition in 2017. The 2021 Bunnings NPC season was the sixteenth season of New Zealand's provincial rugby union competition since it turned professional in 2006. The regular season began on August 6, when Manawatu hosted Counties Manukau. It involved the top fourteen rugby unions of New Zealand. For sponsorship reasons, the competition was known as the Bunnings NPC and it was the first season under the lead sponsor and to carry the NPC moniker since 2005. The winner of the Championship, Taranaki wasn't promoted to the Premiership due to a format restructure earlier in the season. The Forsyth Barr Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in Dunedin, New Zealand. At various stages of development it was also known as Dunedin Stadium or Awatea Street Stadium, or its non-commercial official name during the 2011 Rugby World Cup and 2015 FIFA U-20 World Cup, Otago Stadium. Tasman (often known as the Tasman Mako and formerly Tasman Makos) are a New Zealand professional rugby union team based in Tasman Bay / Te Tai-o-Aorere, New Zealand.
