New People (russian: Новые люди, Novyye lyudi) is a political party in Russia formed in Moscow on 1 March 2020. New People is considered a liberal party, and observers have called it centrist or centre-right. It was established in March 2020 by Alexey Nechayev, the founder of the Russian cosmetics company Faberlic. Nechayev was elected as party chairman during the second party congress, held on August 8, 2020. Alexander Davankov is the head of the party executive committee. The Nizhny Novgorod Kremlin ( rus, Нижегородский кремль, Nizhegorodskiy Kreml') is a fortress in Nizhny Novgorod, the historic city center. History The first attempt to replace the wooden fort with a stone kremlin was recorded in 1374, but construction was limited to a single tower, known as the Dmitrovskaya Tower (this has not survived). The regional parliaments of Russia are the legislative bodies of power in the federal subjects of Russia (republics, Territories of Russia, regions, autonomous districts and federal cities), which have different names, often collectively referred to in the media as regional parliaments. The federal structure of Russia includes 85 regional parliaments. The biggest regional parliament is the State Assembly of the Republic of Bashkortostan which consists of 110 deputies.
