A leap year (also known as an intercalary year or bissextile year) is a calendar year that contains an additional day (or, in the case of a lunisolar calendar, a month) compared to a common year. The 366th day (or 13th month) is added to keep the calendar year synchronised with the astronomical year or seasonal year. ''Leap Year'' is an American silent comedy film directed by and starring Roscoe Arbuckle and James Cruze. Though produced in 1921, the film was not released in the United States due to Arbuckle's involvement in the Virginia Rappe death scandal; it received its first release in Finland in 1924. The film finally saw an American release of sorts in 1981. Prints are held by the UCLA Film and Television Archive and Library of Congress. Plot summary Roscoe Arbuckle plays Stanley Piper, heir to his uncle’s millions. He lives at Piper Hall. His valet is Mumford. Aaron Wilson (born 16 February 1976) is an Australian film director and screenwriter, known for the 2013 suspense war drama ''Canopy'' and the 2021 period drama '' Little Tornadoes''. Early life Wilson was born in rural Australia and grew up on a farm along the Murray River. The world of his childhood serves as inspiration for much of his work. ''Let's Build a Fire'' is the third album released by +/-. It was first released in Taiwan by white wabbit records in November 2005 and in Japan by & Records on December 14, 2005. A revised version of the album was released by Absolutely Kosher Records in the U.S. on October 24, 2006. The influential American online publication Pitchfork Media ignited a controversy in November 2006 when it reviewed the Taiwanese version of the album by mistake. The review was critical of elements of the Taiwanese version which had been changed in the subsequent US release. Once the error was drawn to the publishers' attention they quickly commissioned another journalist to review the US version of the album. A leap week calendar is a calendar system with a whole number of weeks in a year, and with every year starting on the same weekday. Most leap week calendars are proposed reforms to the civil calendar, in order to achieve a perennial calendar. Some, however, such as the ISO week date calendar, are simply conveniences for specific purposes. The ISO calendar in question is a variation of the Gregorian calendar that is used (mainly) in government and business for fiscal years, as well as in timekeeping.
