The United States Senate is the upper chamber of the United States Congress, with the House of Representatives being the lower chamber. Lori Jean Robinson (born 1959) is a retired United States Air Force general who served as commander of the United States Northern Command (USNORTHCOM) and commander of the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) from May 2016 to May 2018.
