Luciano Salce
Luciano Salce (25 September 1922 – 17 December 1989) was an Italian film director, comedian, tv host, producer, actor and lyricist. His 1962 film ''Le pillole di Ercole'' was shown as part of a retrospective on Italian comedy at the 67th Venice International Film Festival. As a writer of pop music, he used the pseudonym Pilantra. During World War II, he was a prisoner in Germany. He later worked for several years in Brazil. Andreina Pagnani (born Andreina Gentili; 24 November 1906 – 22 November 1981) was an Italian actress and voice actress. Biography Born in Rome and the daughter of a dresser, at a young age Pagnani studied the harp and the piano, then she devoted herself to theatre and then entering the stage companies Artistica Operaia e Giovanni Emanuel. In a short time Pagnani became a primadonna of Italian theater, working among others with Totò, Gino Cervi, Gabriele Ferzetti, Lauretta Masiero. She made her film debut in 1924, in the silent film ''L'osteria di Mozzadita''. Her film activity was long but very irregular, and almost entirely consisting of supporting roles. Oreste Lionello (18 April 1927 – 19 February 2009) was an Italian actor and voice actor. Biography Lionello was born in Rhodes (which was then a possession of Italy), to Calabrian parents, and grew up in Reggio Calabria. He began his career as a theatre actor, and was considered amongst the founders of Italian cabaret. In 1953 he entered the Musical Theatrical Company of RAI (Italian state TV) and the following year he debuted in television with ''Marziano Filippo'', a boys' show. In the 1960s, he was one of the founders of the Bagaglino comic theatre and TV company and he had found success as an entertainer on Italian TV in the 1970s and 1980s. As an actor, Lionello acted in over 56 feature films and several television shows.
