Le Faubourg de l'Île, formerly known as ''Centre d'achat Île-Perrot'', is an enclosed shopping mall located in Pincourt, Quebec, on Cardinal-Léger Boulevard at the intersection of 101 Cardinal-Léger Boulevard and Exit 35 on Highway 20 (Autoroute du Souvenir). Le Faubourg de l'Île is named in reference to its location on the island Île-Perrot located on the St-Lawrence River between the island of Montreal and the mainland at the junction of the Ottawa River and the St-Lawrence River (going into the Great Lakes). Pincourt () is a municipality on the island of Île Perrot, off the western tip of the island of Montreal, Quebec. The population as of the Canada 2011 Census was 14,305. The town shares the island with the three other municipalities of Notre-Dame-de-l'Île-Perrot, Terrasse Vaudreuil and L'Île-Perrot, bordering on each one. Maxi is a discount grocery retailer based in Quebec, Canada. Founded in 1984 by Provigo, it is a division of Loblaw Companies and the largest of Loblaws' Quebec supermarket chains. Île Perrot () is an island west of the island of Montreal in the Canadian province of Quebec. Part of the Hochelaga Archipelago, the island lies between Lake Saint-Louis and Lac des Deux-Montagnes.
