Lasse Nielsen (footballer, Born 1987)
Lasse Nielsen (; 3 March 1987) is a Danish former professional footballer who played as a centre-back. Career Nielsen came through the ranks of second division side Næstved BK and made his first-team debut in 2005. On 4 July 2011, he signed a three-year contract with rivals FC Vestsjælland. Two years later, Nielsen and Vestsjælland reached promotion to the Danish Superliga and he made his debut in the highest tier on 21 July 2013 in a 1–1 draw away against Brøndby IF. During the season, Nielsen formed a partnership in central defense with Jean-Claude Bozga, and the duo allowed the fewest goals on headers of all Superliga-clubs early on in the season. His performances during the 2013–14 season attracted interest from various Superliga-clubs and on 14 June 2014, Nielsen signed a two-year contract on a free transfer with OB. The Polish Super Cup (, ) is an annually held match between the champions of the Ekstraklasa and the Polish Cup winners or, if the Ekstraklasa champions also win the Polish Cup, the Cup's runners-up. As of 2021, the Polish Super Cup has been played 31 times. The most successful club is Lech Poznań, who won 6 times. The most common participant are Legia Warsaw, as they played fourteen final games and have lost their eight following finals since 2012. Unlike in Polish Cup, there is no extra time played in the competition, therefore in case of a draw after regular time match goes straight into a penalty shoot-out. 2018–19 Danish 1st Division
The 2018–19 Danish 1st Division season is the 23rd season of the Danish 1st Division league championship, governed by the Danish Football Association. The division-champion will be promoted to the 2019–20 Danish Superliga, while the runners-up and the third placed team will face promotion playoffs. The teams in 11th and 12th places are relegated to the 2019–20 Danish 2nd Divisions. Participants FC Helsingør finished last in the 2017–18 Danish Superliga relegation play-off and were relegated to the 1st Division after only one season in the first tier. The 2018 Allsvenskan, part of the 2018 Swedish football season, was the 94th season of Allsvenskan since its establishment in 1924. A total of 16 teams participated. As the 2018 FIFA World Cup will start on 14 June, the last round before stoppage will be held on 27 May. The league will resume games on 7 July. The 2011–12 Danish 1st Division season is the 16th season of the Danish 1st Division league championship, governed by the Danish Football Association. It is set to start on 12 August 2011 with Viborg FF facing off against FC Hjørring. The final matches of the season are scheduled for 10 June 2012. This will be the only season with a fourteen-club First Division. As only one team will be promoted from the Second Divisions, the league will be reduced to twelve teams from the next season, switching to the same system as the Superliga with three round-robin rounds and two relegation spots.
