The Lagos State Ministry of Science and Technology is a state government ministry, charged with the responsibility to plan, devise and implement the state policies on Science, technology, engineering, and mathematics, Science and Technology. The Ministry of Information Technology and Special Services was established in February 2004 by Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, Bola Ahmed Tinubu's administration from the Office of Special Adviser on Information technology, Information Technology and Special Services. Bola Tinubu
Bola Ahmed Adekunle Tinubu (born 29 March 1952) is a Nigerian accountant and politician who served as the Governor of Lagos State from 1999 to 2007 and Senator for Lagos West during the brief Third Republic. In June 2022, he was chosen as the All Progressives Congress nominee in the 2023 Nigerian presidential election. The Lagos State Executive Council (informally, the Cabinet of Lagos State) is the highest formal governmental body that plays important roles in the Government of Lagos State headed by the Governor of Lagos State.
