Kategoria E Dytë
Kategoria e Dytë is the third professional level of football in Albania. It was called the ''Second Division'' until 2003. Kategoria e Dytë has two groups, A and B. which are divided geographically. It is made up of 23 teams. The winners of each group earn the right to be promoted to the Kategoria e Parë and they also play a single final for seasonal champions. Teams which finish in the last 2 positions on each group are relegated to the Kategoria e Tretë Kategoria e Tretë is the fourth and lowest professional level of football in Albania. Taulant Kuqi
Taulant Kuqi (born 11 November 1985 in Vlorë) is an Albanian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Oriku in the Albanian First Division. Club career An Flamurtari Vlorë product, Kuqi debuted during 2005–06 season and since then played more than 250 league appearances, notably winning Albanian Cup twice. On 22 July 2012, Kuqi agreed a contract extension, signing until June 2013. He left the club after 15 years in June 2017. After two months of negotiations, on 1 September 2017, Kuqi agreed personal terms and joined newly promoted side Kazma. Priror to that, he had a failed move to Albanian First Division's Bylis Ballsh. He was a regular starter in the team during the 2017–18 season in which Kamza escaped relegation by only winning in the final match, with Kuqi collecting 2313 minutes from 31 appearances. Orjand Beqiri (born 21 February 1985) is an Albanian football player who plays for KS Besa Kavajë in the Albanian First Division as a centre back. Club career Luftëtari Gjirokastër In July 2015, Beqiri completed a transfer to Luftëtari Gjirokastër, returning for the first time in two years. In the 2017–18 season, he played 32 league matches as the team finished third, meaning that Luftëtari have gained the right to play in European competitions for the first time in history.
