La Vita Comincia Ogni Mattina
''La vita comincia ogni mattina'' (''Life begins every morning'') is a play by Italian playwrights Terzoli & Vaime. It is set in Milan in 1981. Synopsis The protagonist (Gino Bramieri) is Giulio Cogliati a married man, owner of a little factory, (in the play his wife Lucia is played by Carmen Scarpitta), who follows all his habits and his daily routine. Suddenly, his life is turned upside down by the passion for a Brazilian girl (Silvia Regina), much younger than him. Giulio must decide, in two hours, to pack his bags and leave with Isabel, or stay with Lucia. Italo Terzoli (18 January 1924 – 13 May 2008) was an Italian author, playwright, screenwriter, television and radio writer. Born in Milan, Terzoli started his career as a playwright in the early 1950s, collaborating first with Carlo Silva and later with Renzo Puntoni a number of musical comedies for popular comedians of the time such as Walter Chiari, Sorelle Nava, and the couple Sandra Mondaini and Raimondo Vianello. In the 1960s he wrote a number of stage comedies together with Marcello Marchesi. Enrico Vaime (19 January 1936 – 28 March 2021) was an Italian author, playwright, screenwriter, television and radio writer and presenter. Born in Perugia, after graduating in law in 1960 Vaime was employed by RAI, but he resigned almost immediately in order to have a wider artistic freedom. In 1963 he debuted as a playwright with the comedy '' I piedi al caldo'', which was banned by Italian censorship shortly after its first representation at the Festival of Two Worlds in Spoleto. Gino Bramieri (; 21 June 1928 – 18 June 1996) was an Italian comedian and actor. He was especially known as a television comedian, but also performed in theatres, on radio, and in about thirty movies. He was nicknamed "Il Re della barzelletta" ("the King of jokes") for his burlesque comic style, which was largely based on his skill at telling funny stories. His jokes were sometimes as quick as a cut and thrust, and bordering on surrealism. Carmen Scarpitta (26 May 1933 – 26 April 2008) was an Italian stage and film actress. She appeared in 30 films between 1960 and 2001. Scarpitta was born in Hollywood, California. She debuted on stage in 1960 in Alessandro Manzoni's ''Adelchis'' and in Ennio Flaiano's ''A Martian in Rome'', both directed by Vittorio Gassman. Pietro Garinei
Pietro Garinei (1 February 1919 – 9 May 2006) was an Italian playwright, actor, and songwriter. Brother of Enzo Garinei. Biography Garinei was born in Trieste in 1919. He later worked as a sports journalist for the daily newspaper in Milan and Rome, where he met Sandro Giovannini. Garinei and Giovannini discovered a shared interest in music and entertainment, and left the paper shortly after to found a satiric newspaper. In September 1944 they established a musical theater, Cantachiaro, which was named after a weekly satirical magazine they had contributed to. The first star of their theater was Anna Magnani. Following the end of World War II, Garinei and Giovannini collaborated with the Radio RAI. Gabriella Belli (born 1952) is an Italian art historian and curator, currently director of the Foundation for the municipal museums of Venice (''"Fondazione Musei Civici di Venezia"'').
