La Marina (L'Hospitalet De Llobregat)
La Marina Elche, is a coastal village administered by the city of Elche / Elx (Bajo Vinalopó¹), in the province of Alicante, (Comunidad Valenciana) on Spain's Costa Blanca. It is located by the Mediterrànean sea, by the mountain range of Sierra del Molar, very close to Guardamar del Segura and by the salt pans (Salinas) of Santa Pola. The 1'1 km long beach receives the same name. Nearby inland is a large urbanisation built from the mid-1980's; (1987), onwards confusingly also called 'La Marina': More correctly called "Urbanisation La Marina", administrated by Town of the San Fulgencio Village. Alicante ( ca-valencia, Alacant) is a province of eastern Spain, in the southern part of the Valencian Community. It is the second most populated Valencian province. Costa Blanca
The Costa Blanca (, , literally meaning "White Coast") is over of Mediterranean coastline in the Alicante province, on the southeastern coast of Spain. It extends from the town of Dénia in the north, beyond which lies the Costa del Azahar (or Costa dels Tarongers), to Pilar de la Horadada in the south, beyond which lies the Costa Cálida. A mascletà (pronounced in Valencian: askleˈta is a pyrotechnic event characterized by the achievement of a noisy and rhythmic composition that features, particularly during daytime, in street festivities; it is typical of the Valencian Community (Spain). It gets its name from the ''masclets'' (very loud firecrackers) that are tied by a wick to form a line or firework display. These are usually fastened at a medium height with ropes or raised by cannons.
