Maroun Bagdadi
Maroun Bagdadi (also Baghdadi; ar, مارون بغدادي, ; January 21, 1950 – December 10, 1993) was a Lebanese film director known for his vivid portrayal of Lebanon's civil war. Bagdadi was internationally the best-known Lebanese filmmaker of his generation. He worked with American producer/director Francis Coppola and made several films in French that became hits in France. Career Maroun Bagdadi was arguably Lebanon's most prominent filmmaker, one whose work has been seen all over the world. Thierry Fortineau (9 February 1953 – 8 February 2006) was a French actor. Fortineau was born in Nantes. In the year of 1990, he was nominated for a César Award for Most Promising Actor at the 15th César Awards for his role in ''Comédie d'été''. The award, however, went to Yvan Attal. In 1994, he was nominated for a Molière Award for Best Actor for his role in ''Le Visiteur''.
