The Caroli Group is a Monegasque company founded in 1978 in Monte Carlo, which has diversified since. It encompasses real estate development, communication and media. History The real estate company was founded by the engineer Antonio Caroli in 1978. Real estate development Since its founding in the 1970s, the company has built several residential buildings and luxury hotels in Monaco. In 1973, Caroli Group built Le Mirabeau. In 1975, it completed the building of Hôtel Loews, now known as the Fairmont Monte Carlo. It also built La Réserve de Beaulieu & Spa in Beaulieu-sur-Mer, just outside Monaco. Fontvieille, Monaco
Fontvieille (; lij, Funtanaveya ) is the southernmost ward in the Principality of Monaco. It was developed by an Italian architect, Manfredi Nicoletti, between the 1970s and the 1990s. Enrico Braggiotti
Enrico Braggiotti (27 January 1923 – 31 October 2019) was a Turkish-born Monegasque banker. Biography Braggiotti was born in Turkey to Catholic family. His father Etienne, was the former head of the Ottoman Bank, and his mother, Renata Solari, was Italian. He was married to Magda de Portu who was born in Paris. He was the father of four children: Jean-Luc, Gérard, Sandra and Silvana. Braggiotti left Turkey a few weeks after he was born, and moved with his parents and his sister to the Principality of Monaco, where his grandfather Henri and his grandmother Appolonie Trullet, the child of a famous family of sailors from Saint-Tropez (her grandfather was Jean-François-Timothée Trullet, commander of the ''Guerrier'', French battleship involved in the Battle of the Nile).
