L'Arc-en-Ciel (2009 Film)
''L'arc-en-ciel'' is a short feature film directed by David Bonneville. It is a co-production by the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation / David & Golias / RTP2. The film tells us the story of Quitterie, a 40-year-old European woman, who relives the great love for her deceased 18-year-old Japanese partner by engaging young male strangers into sordid sexual adventures. David Bonneville
David Bonneville (Porto, 1978) is a Portuguese film director and screenwriter of French and English descent. Education and background Bonneville received the University of Westminster academic Excellence scholarship for his MA in Screenwriting & Producing. He holds a Deutsche Film- und Fernsehakademie Berlin Directing Diploma in the context of the Gulbenkian Foundation Arts Programme. David has also completed a BA (Hons) Sound & Image (first class degree), having studied at the Catholic University of Portugal and the Pompeu Fabra University. David speaks six languages: Portuguese, Spanish, and English fluently, also French, elementary Italian and Catalan. David has been a mentor and lecturer at the Masaryk University, The Actors Centre, University of Westminster and several other national and international structures. RTP2 (''RTP dois'') is a Portuguese free-to-air television channel owned and operated by state-owned public broadcaster Rádio e Televisão de Portugal (RTP). The Queer Lisboa - Lisbon Gay & Lesbian Film Festival is one of the most important European forums of international LGBT film/video. Paulo Rebelo Costinha Castro (born 22 September 1973), known as Costinha, is a Portuguese former professional footballer who played as a goalkeeper.
