Kyros Of Constantinople
Kyros or Cyrus ( grc-gre, Κῦρος; died 8 January 712) was the Ecumenical Patriarch of Constantinople from 705 to 712. He is regarded as a saint in the Eastern Orthodox Church and Roman Catholic Church, which had set his feast for January 7 in Roman Catholic Church and January 8 (21) in Orthodox Church. Cyrus was placed on the patriarchal throne in 705 by Emperor Justinian II, as a replacement for the deposed Patriarch Callinicus I. Soon after Justinian's decline and eventual fall in December 711, Kyros was replaced by the new Emperor Philippicus with Patriarch John VI, who shared Philippicus' Monothelite sympathies. The Australian Ice Hockey League All-Star Weekend is an annual event showcasing the best talent from the AIHL in skills tests and an exhibition 'All-Stars' match. History 4 August 2015, the Australian Ice Hockey League (AIHL) announced the formation of a new event in the Australian ice hockey calendar, the AIHL All-Stars Weekend. The event occurs two weeks following the conclusion of the AIHL Finals Weekend. Peter Nicholas Kyros (July 11, 1925 – July 10, 2012) was an American attorney, politician, and lobbyist who served as a Democratic Party (United States), Democratic United States House of Representatives, U.S. representative from Maine from 1967 to 1975. Early life and education Born in Portland, Maine, to Greece, Greek immigrants, Kyros attended the Portland Public Schools (Maine), Portland Public Schools completed an engineering program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He earned a bachelor's degree from the United States Naval Academy in 1947 and a law degree from Harvard Law School in 1957. Kyros (typically stylised as KYROS, formerly known as Synaesthesia) are an English rock and pop group. Their music incorporates elements of progressive rock, art rock and synth pop.
