Janarbek Kenjeev
Janarbek Kenjeev (also ''Zhanarbek Kenzheyev'', russian: Жанарбек Кенжеев; born August 5, 1985, in Talas) is an amateur Kyrgyz Greco-Roman wrestler, who competed in the men's light heavyweight category. Considered one of Asia's top wrestlers in his decade, Kenjeev has collected a total of five medals at the Asian Championships, picked up two bronze in the 84-kg division at the Asian Games (2006 and 2010), and also represented his nation Kyrgyzstan, as a 19-year-old teen, at the 2004 Summer Olympics. Throughout his sporting career, Kenjeev trains for Sduschor 1 Wrestling Club in Bishkek, under his personal coach Hakim Makhmudov. Kenjeev qualified for the Kyrgyz squad in the men's 84 kg class at the 2004 Summer Olympics by gaining an allocated bid and placing fourth from the Olympic Qualification Tournament in Novi Sad, Serbia and Montenegro. Laxmirani Majhi
Laxmirani Majhi (born 26 January 1989) is an Indian female right handed recurve archer. Early life Laxmi is from the Santhal tribe; she grew up in Bagula village in East Singhbhum district, Jharkhand. Her first chance to become an archer was offered to her when the selectors for the archery academy visited her Government School. Laxmi work with Indian Railways in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh Achievements She competed in the individual recurve event and the 2015 World Archery Championships – She also finished 4th in the Individual Event, losing out on the Bronze Medal. Archery At The 2014 Asian Games – Women's Individual Recurve
The women's individual recurve archery event at the 2014 Asian Games was held from 23 to 28 September at the Gyeyang Asiad Archery Field in Incheon, South Korea. It was the tenth time the event was held as part of the Asian Games sports programme since the debut of archery in 1978. A total of 56 archers from 18 nations qualified for the event. Yun Ok-hee of South Korea was the defending champion. The women's individual recurve event was an outdoor recurve target archery event held to the World Archery-approved rules. The competition consisted of three stages spread over one week: an initial ranking round, a four-round single-elimination tournament, and two finals matches, the last of which deciding the winners of the gold, silver, and bronze medals.
