Victorina Himeji
is a women's volleyball team based in Himeji, Japan. The owner of the team is Masayoshi Manabe, former Head Coach of the Japan women's national volleyball team. The club was founded in 2016. Himeji entered the V.League in 2018 playing in V.League Division 2 and won the 2018-2019 season Championship which automatically promoted them to Japan's top level V.League Division 1. History The team registered with the Japan Volleyball association in March 2016. Three months later Yoshie Takeshita was announced as head coach. In November 2016 Masayoshi Manabe, who was born in Himeji, was appointed General Manager. Volleyball
Volleyball is a team sport in which two teams of six players are separated by a net. Each team tries to score points by grounding a ball on the other team's court under organized rules. It has been a part of the official program of the Summer Olympic Games since Tokyo 1964. Beach volleyball was introduced to the programme at the Atlanta 1996. The adapted version of volleyball at the Summer Paralympic Games is sitting volleyball. The complete set of rules is extensive, but play essentially proceeds as follows: a player on one of the teams begins a 'rally' by serving the ball (tossing or releasing it and then hitting it with a hand or arm), from behind the back boundary line of the court, over the net, and into the receiving team's court. Yuki Kawai
is a former Japanese volleyball player. Career Yuki became a volleyball player when in a Primary school. At the time when she was in the 3rd grade of Higashikyushu Ryokoku High School she served as a captain of the team. The team won the top of Japanese high school with Kyoko Katashita. She retired from JT Marvelous in June of 2011. She signed with Victorina Himeji on July 1, 2018. She retired from volleyball in June of 2019 after captaining Victorina Himeji to a season championship.
