Kyle Wilson (English Footballer)
Kyle Philip Wilson (born 14 November 1985) is an English footballer. He has previously played for Crewe Alexandra, Macclesfield Town, FC United of Manchester, Chester and Bangor City. He also represented England at youth level earning 12 caps. Career Crewe Alexandra Wilson started his career rising through the youth ranks at Crewe Alexandra. In October 2005, he was loaned out to Conference National side Altrincham, to boost his development. He played five games for the club. Making 2 appearances for Crewe, he was released from his contract at the end of the 2005–06 season. Barrow After leaving Crewe, Wilson had a brief trial at Wrexham but later in the Summer of 2006, he signed for Barrow who were managed at the time by his father, Phil Wilson. Wilson suffered an anterior mediate cruciate ligament injury in September 2006, forcing him to miss the rest of the season. New Bucks Head
New Bucks Head is a stadium in Wellington, Shropshire, England and the home of Conference National football club AFC Telford United. It was originally built for Telford United to play at before they went bankrupt. The stadium is on the same site as the original Bucks Head, which had been home to Telford United and Wellington Town for over a century. The stadium was completed in 2003, and has a capacity of 6,300. It is covered on three out of four sides. The stadium lease and assets are currently held by Telford and Wrekin Council. Until 2020, the stadium regularly hosted Wolverhampton Wanderers F.C. reserve fixtures. When Steven Gerrard returned from injury in the Liverpool Reserves it attracted one of the biggest crowds the stadium has ever seen. AFC Telford United
AFC Telford United is a football club based in Telford, Shropshire, England. The club was formed in 2004 after the original Telford United, founded in 1872, folded due to financial problems. Currently members of the National League North, they play home matches at the New Bucks Head in Wellington, part of the new town of Telford. The club's colours are white and black. History Telford United experienced severe financial difficulties towards the end of the 2003–04 season while playing in the Football Conference following the collapse of the Miras Contracts business of chairman and sole shareholder Andy Shaw. The National League North, formerly Conference North, is a division of the National League in England, immediately below the National League division. Matthew Tipton
Matthew John Tipton (born 29 June 1980) is a Welsh football manager and former professional player. He is currently the manager of NIFL Championship side Ards Club career Tipton started his career at Oldham Athletic moving up through the Youth ranks and making his debut aged just 17. In 2002, he moved on to League Two side Macclesfield Town, where he enjoyed his most prolific spell. In association football, a substitute is a player who is brought on to the pitch during a match in exchange for an existing player. Substitutions are generally made to replace a player who has become tired or injured, or who is performing poorly, or for tactical reasons (such as bringing a striker on in place of a defender). A player who has been substituted during a match takes no further part in the game, in games played under the standard International Football Association Board Laws of the Game. Substitutions were officially added to the Laws of the Game in 1958. Prior to this most games were played with no changes permitted at all, with occasional exceptions in cases of extreme injury or players not arriving to matches on time. The English Football League (EFL) is a league of professional football clubs from England and Wales. Founded in 1888 as the Football League, the league is the oldest such competition in the world.
