Kyle Kubitza
Kyle Andrew Kubitza (born July 15, 1990) is an American former professional baseball third baseman. He played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Los Angeles Angels. Career Kubitza attended Colleyville Heritage High School in Colleyville, Texas. He played college baseball at Texas State University for the Texas State Bobcats. He hit .328 with 27 home runs during his career. Atlanta Braves The Atlanta Braves selected Kubitza in the third round of the 2011 Major League Baseball Draft. He signed with the Braves and made his professional debut that season with the Danville Braves. Danville Braves
The Danville Braves were a Minor League Baseball team in Danville, Virginia. They were an Advanced Rookie-level team in the Appalachian League and were a farm team of the Atlanta Braves. The Braves have played home games at American Legion Post 325 Field. Opened in 1993, Legion Field held 2,588 fans. Before coming to Danville, they played at Calfee Park in Pulaski, Virginia. On September 3, 2006, Danville won their first ever Appalachian League championship, defeating the Elizabethton Twins 2 games to 1, in a best of three series. The Sugar Land Space Cowboys are a Minor League Baseball team of the Pacific Coast League (PCL) and the Triple-A affiliate of the Houston Astros Major League Baseball club.
