Kyle Bell (born June 16, 1985) is a former running back. Bell was born in Keenesburg, Colorado. He played fullback for the Colorado State Rams from 2004 to 2008. The Colorado State Rams football program (established 1893) represents Colorado State University and is a member of the NCAA Division I Football Bowl Subdivision and the Mountain West Conference. Since joining the Mountain West, the Rams have been conference champions or co-champions in 1999, 2000 and 2002. The Rams have long-standing rivalries with Colorado, Wyoming, and Air Force. The Jacksonville Jaguars are a professional American football team based in Jacksonville, Florida. A fullback (FB) is a position in the offensive backfield in gridiron football, and is one of the two running back positions along with the halfback. Fullbacks are typically larger than halfbacks and in most offensive schemes the fullback's duties are split among power running, pass catching, and blocking for both the quarterback and the other running back. The Colorado State Rams are the athletic teams that represent Colorado State University (CSU). The 2009 NFL Draft was the seventy-fourth annual meeting of National Football League (NFL) franchises to select newly eligible football players. The draft took place at Radio City Music Hall in New York City, New York, on April 25 and 26, 2009. The draft consisted of two rounds on the first day, starting at 4:00 pm EDT, and five rounds on the second day, starting at 10:00 am EDT. To compensate for the time change from the previous year and in an effort to help shorten the draft, teams were no longer on the clock for 15 minutes in the first round and 10 minutes in the second round.
