Kyary
Kiriko Takemura (Japanese: 竹村 桐子, born January 29, 1993), known professionally as Kyary Pamyu Pamyu (Hiragana: きゃりーぱみゅぱみゅ), is a Japanese tarento, singer, and model. Her public image is associated with Japan's ''kawaii'' and '' decora'' culture, centered in the Harajuku neighborhood of Tokyo. Kyary's music is produced by musician Yasutaka Nakata of electronic music duo Capsule. Her 2011 single "PONPONPON" reached the top ten on Japan's Oricon music chart; the 2012 singles "Candy Candy" and "Fashion Monster" followed this success. Kyary has since released five full-length albums: ''Pamyu Pamyu Revolution'' (2012), ''Nanda Collection'' (2013), ''Pika Pika Fantajin'' (2014), '' Japamyu'' (2018), and '' Candy Racer'' (2021). Pika Pika Fantajin
is the third studio album by Japanese singer Kyary Pamyu Pamyu, officially released on July 9, 2014. The album's official title is a portmanteau of the words "fantasy" and "person" (jin), as officially referenced to the album covers. The songs "Slowmo", from single " Yume no Hajima Ring Ring", and "Scanty Skimpy", from single " Family Party", were not included in the final track listing. Rhino Entertainment/Warner released the Vinyl LP Picture Disc version on January 13, 2015 in the USA. Pamyu Pamyu Revolution
is the debut studio album by Japanese singer Kyary Pamyu Pamyu, released on May 23, 2012. The album includes the first two physical singles released by Kyary, "Tsukematsukeru" and "Candy Candy", as well as "PonPonPon", which was also included on her debut EP '' Moshi Moshi Harajuku''. The limited edition of the album comes with a 64-page photobook with pages 41–61 taken in Los Angeles, and a bonus DVD with music videos and two live versions taken from Kyary's Moshi Moshi Quattro Live, held on February 25, 2012, at Shibuya's Club Quattro. The album debuted at number one on the Oricon daily chart, and was certified Gold by the RIAJ. is the second full-length studio album by Japanese recording artist Kyary Pamyu Pamyu, release on June 26, 2013, by Warner Music Japan. Yasutaka Nakata
is a Japanese DJ and music producer. He formed the band Capsule in 1997 with vocalist Toshiko Koshijima and himself as composer and record producer when both were 17. The band debuted in 2001 with the song "Sakura". He is known for being the music producer of Japanese girl group Perfume and Japanese model-turned-singer Kyary Pamyu Pamyu since 2003 and 2011, respectively. These artists have gained commercial success for their songs that Nakata wrote and produced, such as " Chocolate Disco", "Polyrhythm", "Fashion Monster", and " Ninja Re Bang Bang". Capsule (band)
is a Japanese electronica band consisting of producer Yasutaka Nakata and vocalist Toshiko Koshijima. Career Capsule formed in November 1997, after Yasutaka Nakata and Toshiko Koshijima met at the Teens' Music Festival in the Hokuriku area convention when they were both 17 years old. Their first single was "Sakura", released in March 2001 on Yamaha Music Communications.
