Kyan Anderson
Kyan Anderson (born March 25, 1992) is an American professional basketball player who plays for Labas Gas Prienai of the Lithuanian Basketball League.He competed in college for Texas Christian University (TCU). College career Anderson averaged 17.0 points and 4.5 assists per game as a junior at TCU. As a senior, he averaged 13.4 points per game and finished seventh all-time in TCU scoring. Professional career In the 2015–16 season, Anderson played for Okapi Aalstar of the Belgian league. He led the team in scoring with 15.9 points per game. The following season, he signed with medi Bayreuth. He posted 12 points, 1.7 rebounds and 3.6 assists per contest. In July 2017, Anderson signed with Élan Béarnais Pau-Lacq-Orthez. The point guard (PG), also called the one or the point, is one of the five Basketball positions, positions in a regulation basketball game. A point guard has perhaps the most specialized role of any position. Point guards are expected to run the team's offense by controlling the ball and making sure that it gets to the right player at the right time. The Nemzeti Bajnokság I/A ( en, National Championship I/A, commonly abbreviated NB I/A) is the highest level league of club men's basketball in Hungary. Format The league comprises 14 teams. A NB I/A season is split into a league stage and a playoff/playout stage. At the end of the league stage (14 teams) the top 5 teams play another league stage, another 5 play with each other, and then the top 8 teams qualify for the playoff stage. The Basketball Bundesliga (BBL) (English language: ''Federal Basketball League''), for sponsorship reasons named easyCredit BBL, is the highest level league of professional club basketball in Germany. The league comprises 18 teams. A BBL season is split into a league stage and a playoff stage. At the end of the league stage, the top eight teams qualify for the playoff stage, and the teams positioned in the 17th and 18th places are relegated to a lower-tier league. The playoffs are played in a "Best of five" format. The winning team of the final round are crowned the German Champions of that season. In addition to the league competition, all BBL teams compete for the German Basketball Cup.
