Kwabenya
Kwabenya is an upmarket suburb in the Ga East Municipal district, a district in the Greater Accra Region of Ghana. There are a number of high-end gated communities and estates in the area, including twRegimanuel Gray estates some of Ofankor Hills Estate, and some oFranko Estatesamong others, which border with the neighbouring suburb of Pokuase. Kwabenya is only separated from its neighbour Pokuase by the Pokuase Interchange and the two areas may soon merge into one when the linking roads between the two areas are completed by October 2020. There are a number of hotels, shopping areas and supermarkets in the area, including a large Citidia; and it is set in picturesque hills, a short drive from Ashesi University. It boasts a campus of the University of Ghana Legon as well as a number of tertiary institutions. Dome Kwabenya is one of the constituencies represented in the Parliament of Ghana. It elects one Member of Parliament (MP) by the first past the post system of election. Pokuase

Greater Accra Region
The Greater Accra Region has the smallest area of Ghana's 16 administrative regions, occupying a total land surface of 3,245 square kilometres. This is 1.4 per cent of the total land area of Ghana. It is the second most populated region, before the Ashanti Region, with a population of 5,455,692 in 2021, accounting for 17.7 per cent of Ghana's total population. Ga East Municipal District
Ga East Municipal District is one of the twenty-nine districts in Greater Accra Region, Ghana. Originally it was formerly part of the then-larger Ga District in 1988, until the eastern part of the district was split off to create Ga East District in 2004; thus the remaining part has been renamed as Ga West District. It was later elevated to municipal district assembly status on 29 February 2008 to become Ga East Municipal District, until the eastern part of the district was split off to create La-Nkwantanang-Madina Municipal District on 28 June 2012; thus the remaining part has been retained as Ga East Municipal District. The University of Ghana is a public university located in Accra, Ghana. It the oldest and largest of the thirteen Ghanaian national public universities. The university was founded in 1948 as the University College of the Gold Coast in the British colony of the Gold Coast. Electoral Commission Of Ghana
The Electoral Commission of Ghana(EC) is the official body in Ghana responsible for all public elections. Made up of seven members, its independence is guaranteed by the 1992 Ghana constitution. The current commission was established by the Electoral Commission Act (Act 451) of 1993. Kwadwo Afari-Gyan was the first substantive chairman of the commission from 1993 to 2015. He was succeeded by Charlotte Osei as the first female chairman of the commission. Ghana Parliament
The Parliament of Ghana is the legislative body of the Government of Ghana. History Legislative representation in Ghana dates back to 1850, when the country was a British colony known as Gold Coast. The body, called the Legislative Council, was purely advisory as the Governor exercised all legislative and executive powers. Reforms were introduced in 1916 and 1925, although the governor's power remained extensive. In 1946, a new constitution was introduced that allowed for an unofficial member of the Legislative Council to become its president while the governor ceased to be the ''ex officio'' president of the body. Tertiary ( ) is a widely used but obsolete term for the geologic period from 66 million to 2.6 million years ago. Gated Communities
A gated community (or walled community) is a form of residential community or housing estate containing strictly controlled entrances for pedestrians, bicycles, and automobiles, and often characterized by a closed perimeter of walls and fences.
