Kunshan Football Club ( zh, 昆山足球俱乐部), or simply Kunshan F.C., is a professional Chinese association football club based in Kunshan, Jiangsu, China. They currently participate in the Chinese Super League, under licence from the Chinese Football Association (CFA). Their home stadium is the 30,000 capacity Kunshan Stadium. The club was founded on 12 December 2014 as an amateur membership club called Zhenjiang Huasa F.C. before moving to Kunshan where the Kunshan Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government became their majority shareholders. History Zhenjiang Huasa, whose members are mainly the fans of FC Barcelona in China, was founded on 12 December 2014. Huasa, meaning ''Chinese Barca'', was used as the club's name. They played in the 2016 China Amateur Football League and won the winners of 2016 Jiangsu Provincial Football League. Zhang Hao (footballer)
Zhang Hao (; born 23 May 1994) is a Chinese football player who currently plays as a midfielder or centre-back for Kunshan. Club career Zhang started his professional football career in July 2013 when he joined Chinese Super League side Shanghai Shenxin. On 20 July 2014, Zhang made his debut for Shanghai Shenxin in the 2014 Chinese Super League against Dalian Aerbin, coming on as a substitute for Yang Jiawei in the 67th minute. He was utilized very sparsely and was part of the squad that was relegated to the second tier at the end of the 2015 Chinese Super League campaign. On 28 February 2019, Zhang transferred to his hometown club Heilongjiang FC in the China League One. Chengdu Rongcheng Football Club () is a Chinese professional football club based in Chengdu, Sichuan and their home stadium is the Chengdu Phoenix Hill Football Stadium that has a seating capacity of 50,695. Li Zhi (footballer)
Li Zhi (; born 29 July 1993) is a Chinese footballer currently playing as a left-back for Kunshan, on loan from Chengdu Rongcheng. Club career Li Zhi would start his senior career with third tier football club Jingtie Locomotive in the 2015 China League Two campaign. The following season he would establish himself as a regular, however at the end of the campaign the club dissolved from the professional league. Li would be free to join another third tier club in Suzhou Dongwu where he established himself as their first choice left-back while he aided them to gain promotion. On 12 April 2021 he transferred to second tier club in Chengdu Rongcheng. He would make his debut on 26 April 2021 in a league game against Jiangxi Beidamen, which ended in a 4-2 victory. Yu Rui (footballer)
Yu Rui (; born 11 August 1992 in Benxi) is a Chinese footballer who plays as a defender for Shenzhen Peng City in the China League One. Club career Yu Rui would play for the Xiamen Lanshi youth team until they were disbanded in 2008, before joining Chengdu Blades youth team. At Chengdu Blades he was loaned out to their satellite team Sheffield United (Hong Kong) who were allowed to play in the 2008–09 Hong Kong First Division League. Peng Peng (; born 24 November 2000) is a Chinese professional footballer currently playing as a goalkeeper for Shenzhen Peng City. Wu Yufan
Wu Yufan (; born 3 November 1994) is a Chinese footballer currently playing as a forward for Kunshan. Club career Wu Yufan would play for the Hebei China Fortune reserve team before leaving to join third tier club Qingdao Jonoon in the 2017 China League Two campaign. Ruan Yang ( Chinese: 阮杨; born 13 December 1993 in Hangzhou, China) is a Chinese footballer who plays as a left-footed right winger for Kunshan FC. Club career Ruan Yang started his football career when he joined Hangzhou Greentown's youth academy in 2008. Zhu Zhengrong
Zhu Zhengrong (Chinese: 朱峥嵘; Pinyin: ''Zhū Zhēngróng ''; born 11 October 1988) is a Chinese footballer who currently plays as a forward or winger for Kunshan FC. Club career Zhu Zhengrong joined the Genbao Football Academy in 2000. He left the academy to join China League Two club Shanghai Wicrrun in May 2004 and returned to academy in December 2005.
