''Krynnspace'' (product code SJR7) is a supplement published by TSR in 1993 for the fantasy role-playing game ''Dungeons & Dragons'' that is a crossover between the ''Spelljammer'' and ''Dragonlance'' campaign settings. Description ''Krynnspace'' describes the star system of Krynn, the planet central to the ''Dragonlance'' setting, in terms of ''Spelljammer'' space travel. ''Spelljammer'' is a campaign setting originally published for the ''Advanced Dungeons & Dragons'' (2nd edition) role-playing game, which features a fantastic (as opposed to scientific) outer space environment. Subsequent editions have included ''Spelljammer'' content; a ''Dungeons & Dragons'' 5th edition setting update released on August 16, 2022. ''Spelljammer'' introduced into the ''AD&D'' universe a comprehensive system of fantasy astrophysics, including the Ptolemaic concept of crystal spheres. Crystal spheres may contain multiple worlds and are navigable using ships equipped with "spelljamming helms". Newton H. Ewell is an artist whose work has appeared in role-playing games. Early life Newton Ewell was born in October 1962, in St. Louis, Missouri. Ewell was intrinsic to the Sci-Fi and Convention scene in and around the Washington D.C. Jean Rabe
Jean Rabe is an American journalist, editor, gamer and writer of fantasy and mystery. After a career as a newspaper reporter, she was employed by TSR, Inc. for several years as head of the Role Playing Game Association and editor of the ''Polyhedron'' magazine. Rabe began a career as a novelist for TSR and Wizards of the Coast, and over the last 30 years has produced over three dozen books and scores of short stories, at first in the genres of game-related fantasy and science fiction and later as an author of mystery novels. A campaign setting is usually a fictional world which serves as a setting for a role-playing game or wargame campaign.
