Kristina Klebe
Kristina Klebe ( ; born 1979–1982) is an American actress, director, producer and writer who came to prominence for her portrayal of Lynda Van Der Klok in Rob Zombie's '' Halloween'' (2007). Her other film roles include ''Proxy'' (2013), Neil Marshall's ''Hellboy'' (2019), and ''Two Witches'' (2021), the last of which she also co-wrote. Early life Klebe was born in New York City to European immigrant parents. Her father is from Germany. Klebe was raised primarily in New York City but spent time in Europe with her family in Germany, France and Italy as a child and teenager. She lived in Aix-en-Provence when she was 15 for six months as an exchange student, and in Paris when she was 18 working as an intern at the film distribution firm M5. Klebe went to high school in New York City and graduated from Dartmouth College cum laude with a major in politics and a minor in theater and film. Spooky Empire is an American multigenre convention focused primarily on horror and science fiction, held bi-annually in Florida. The convention, which is billed as "the dark side of Comic-Con", features vendors, a film and tattoo festival, music, and celebrity guests. History Co-founded by Peter Mongelli, Spooky Empire has been held in Florida since 2003. It is held twice a year, in the spring and in the autumn. The first event, held in 2003, took place at a Holiday Inn in Broward County, Florida. The convention was held in Orlando, Florida from 2006 to 2019, before moving to Tampa, Florida for its autumn 2019 event due to a lack of sufficient available venue space in Orlando. ''Chillerama'' is a 2011 horror comedy anthology film consisting of four stories (or segments) that take place at a drive-in theater playing monster movies. Each segment is a homage to a different genre and style. The first is "Wadzilla" and was directed and written by Adam Rifkin spoofing 1950s monster movies.
