Kristian Sohlberg
Kristian Sohlberg (born 15 March 1978, in Espoo) is a Finnish rally driver, who scored three World Rally Championship points during his career with a best finish of sixth on the 2006 Rally d'Italia Sardegna. Career Sohlberg's first WRC event came on Rally Finland in 2000 in a Mitsubishi Carisma GT N4. In 2002 he contested the Production World Rally Championship, winning the first event of the season in Sweden. A further category win followed on Rally New Zealand, finishing the season as runner-up in the standings. In 2003 Sohlberg contested three WRC rounds in a Mitsubishi Lancer WRC2. For 2004 he was signed by Mitsubishi Motors to do five events for the team, but he retired from all of them. Cyprus Rally
The Cyprus Rally is a rallying competition held yearly in Cyprus since 1970. The event is run by the Cyprus Automobile Association and is based in the city of Limassol (Lemesos). It is run on the winding roads of the nearby mountains of Troödos. It was part of the FIA's World Rally Championship (WRC) from 2000 to 2006. In 2007 and 2008 the event was part of the FIA Middle East Rally Championship (MERC). The Cyprus Rally rejoined the WRC in 2009, taking advantage of the new regulations to become the only mixed surface event. Between 2010 and 2012, the event was the final round of the Intercontinental Rally Challenge (IRC), as well as the penultimate round of the MERC (except in 2011, when it was separately held in July), including in 2013. Rally New Zealand
The Rally New Zealand is an annual rally race in New Zealand. It was first included as a round of the World Rally Championship in 1977. The race is famous for its fast flowing gravel roads which carry the competitors through forests and alongside the New Zealand coastline. It was first held in Taupo in 1969, and was subsequently staged in Canterbury, before moving back to the North Island in 1971. Auckland has hosted the majority of Rally New Zealand events. From 2006 to 2008 the event was based in Hamilton, with the service park, parc ferme and the super special stage all being located at the Mystery Creek Events Centre. In 2010 it returned to Auckland. The WRC teams voted Propecia Rally New Zealand "Rally of the Year" in 2001. The 2007 Rally New Zealand ended with the closest-ever finish in the history of the World Rally Championship. The 2015 World RX of Belgium was the 3rd round of the second season of the FIA World Rallycross Championship. The event was held at the Circuit Jules Tacheny Mettet in Mettet, Wallonia. Marklund Motorsport driver Toomas Heikkinen became the third different winner in the 2015 season, having won his semi-final as well. The Acropolis Rally of Greece ( el, Ράλλυ Ακρόπολις) is a rally competition that is part of the World Rally Championship (WRC). The rally is held on very dusty, rough, rocky and fast mountain roads in mainland Greece, usually during the Greek hot summer period. The rally is best known for being extremely tough on the competing cars and drivers.
