Kris Newbury
Kris Newbury (born February 19, 1982) is a Canadians, Canadian former professional ice hockey Forward (ice hockey), forward who is currently playing with the Hamilton Steelhawks (senior), Hamilton Steelhawks in the Allan Cup Hockey (ACH). Playing career Newbury played in the Ontario Hockey League for the Belleville Bulls, and later the Sarnia Sting with whom he would achieve two seasons of 104 and 92 points, in 2001–02 OHL season, 2001–02 and 2002–03 OHL season, 2002–03, respectively. Newbury scored his first goal while a member of the Toronto Maple Leafs on January 1, 2007, against Boston Bruins goalie Tim Thomas (ice hockey, born 1974), Tim Thomas. On February 10, 2007, Newbury ended up in a fight with Ronald Petrovicky, of the Pittsburgh Penguins. The Hamilton Steelers (known as the Hamilton Steelhawks from 2015 to 2022) are a senior-level ice hockey team based in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. Hartford Wolfpack
The Hartford Wolf Pack are a professional ice hockey team based in Hartford, Connecticut. A member of the American Hockey League (AHL), they play their home games at the XL Center. The team was established in 1926 as the Providence Reds. After a series of relocations, the team moved to Hartford in 1997 as the Hartford Wolf Pack. It is one of the oldest professional hockey franchises in existence, and the oldest continuously operating minor league hockey franchise in North America. The Arizona Coyotes are a professional ice hockey team based in the Phoenix metropolitan area. The 2009–10 NHL season was the 93rd season of operation (92nd season of play) of the National Hockey League (NHL). It ran from October 1, 2009—including four games in Europe on October 2 and 3—until April 11, 2010, with the 2010 Stanley Cup playoffs running to June 9, 2010. A mid-season break from February 15 to February 28 occurred to allow participation of NHL players in the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver. Concussion
A concussion, also known as a mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI), is a head injury that temporarily affects brain functioning. Symptoms may include loss of consciousness (LOC); memory loss; headaches; difficulty with thinking, concentration, or balance; nausea; blurred vision; sleep disturbances; and mood changes. Any of these symptoms may begin immediately, or appear days after the injury. Concussion should be suspected if a person indirectly or directly hits their head and experiences any of the symptoms of concussion. It is not unusual for symptoms to last 2 weeks in adults and 4 weeks in children. Fewer than 10% of sports-related concussions among children are associated with loss of consciousness.
